Health Mates operatives showed up on time and with minimal fuss installed the Sauna in a couple of hours. Very happy with the Sauna and pleased with the infra red version. The Sauna was set up in an outbuilding at the bottom of my garden so required a bit more transporting than one into a house but this wasn’t an issue for the lads.
Though installed late due to unavoidable circumstances, kept informed thought. Everyone polite and very thoughtful. Richard was very good in explaining workings after installation patiently. I only wish the sound of Bluetooth speaker (whilst connecting only) could be less.
Excellent product.Hand made cedar timber.Takes less than 20 minutes to heat to 50 C.I have bought gauss meter to take reading of EMF-2 inches from the surfaces shows 0,01-0,02.Once the desired temperature is reached,it keeps it for 15-20 minutes without turning heating elements on.Seven heaters as well as underfloor heating.Comfortable benches and good space for three people.Cosy atmosphere with different colour lights.Superior service from Alex,Gert and the delivery guys who assembled my sauna taking care of my flooring, walls etc
Received in good time frame. Delivery drivers were brilliant put together well. I have had 6 saunas so far Unsure if reaching right temp does not feel hot enough to me. Perfect for my wife she has osteoarthritis helps with pain management. Waiting for Towel rail as requested with Gert who I purchased throug. Will follow up with a further review at a later date

Speak With a Health Mate ExpertAn infrared sauna uses infrared heaters to warm the body directly, rather than heating the air around you to a high temperature as a traditional sauna does. That means you get a deep, comfortable warmth at a much lower ambient temperature. Health Mate’s saunas use our patented Tecoloy heaters, which produce long wave infrared, the wavelength range the body absorbs most efficiently.
Health Mate saunas typically run between 45°C and 65°C, well below the 80°C to 100°C of a traditional Finnish sauna. Because long wave infrared warms you directly rather than relying on high air temperature, you get a satisfying, deep heat at a far gentler setting, comfortable enough for longer sessions.
Most people find 20 to 45 minutes comfortable, though this varies with experience and personal preference. If you’re new to infrared, start with a shorter session at a lower temperature and build up gradually.
