Health Mates operatives showed up on time and with minimal fuss installed the Sauna in a couple of hours. Very happy with the Sauna and pleased with the infra red version. The Sauna was set up in an outbuilding at the bottom of my garden so required a bit more transporting than one into a house but this wasn’t an issue for the lads.
Though installed late due to unavoidable circumstances, kept informed thought. Everyone polite and very thoughtful. Richard was very good in explaining workings after installation patiently. I only wish the sound of Bluetooth speaker (whilst connecting only) could be less.

Received in good time frame. Delivery drivers were brilliant put together well. I have had 6 saunas so far Unsure if reaching right temp does not feel hot enough to me.
